Writing our history with love since 1991
Our café was founded by my parents back in 1991. My wife and I later took over the tradition and we proudly continue what they built with love. Passing down trusted recipes and showing respect to our guests are the foundations we stand on every day.
Three generations united
by one goal
We are delighted that today we run the heart of the business together with our three children. One daughter takes part in day-to-day management and operations, the other gives a creative face to our marketing, and our youngest son is our rock when it comes to IT. Your satisfaction is the greatest reward our family could ask for.
Where honest gastronomy meets design
First Republic charm and elegance breathe from every corner. We have styled the entire interior in Art deco and paired it with original wall paintings by designer Petr Dohnal. The enthusiasm of our guests is exactly what inspired the next step — extending our family business with themed apartments.
